Once onboard, we nurture and promote talented individuals, ensuring senior positions are open to all. **Discover the Role** TMF Group is looking for a Payroll Assistant with foundational administrative knowledge and at least six months’ or more experience in the field, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and basic English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Adhere to internal procedures established within the HR \& Payroll department and ensure compliance with TMF Group’s ISAE 3402 certification framework and control processes. * Calculate Salary Base Contributions (SBC), submit employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications to IMSS prior to supervisor approval. * Perform severance and settlement calculations upon request, in accordance with client policies and applicable legal guidelines.
