Madero, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A prominent private security company is currently seeking a new member for our Operations Department — join our team as: **Operational Manager in Private Security** **Main Responsibilities:** * Effective and assertive communication. * Experience in coverage assignments. * Management of operational personnel. * Articulate verbal expression. * Strong negotiation skills. * Tactful interaction with clients. **Skills and Competencies:** * Daily supervision. * Problem-solving. * Continuous improvement. * Strong performance under pressure. * Professional appearance. * Monitoring of key performance indicators to maintain efficiency and productivity across all operational process stages. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed Secondary School. * Prior experience in private security services. * Experience: 1–2 years in operational supervision or service leadership roles. * Valid driver's license. * Knowledge of risk and vulnerability analysis in asset security. * Availability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations. **We Offer:** * Monthly Base Salary **Net of $15,000\.°° to $18,000\.°° depending on experience.** * **12-hour shifts on a 12x12 schedule.** * One to two rotating rest days per week. * Statutory benefits from Day 1 (Social Security, INFONAVIT, Vacation, Vacation Bonus, Year-End Bonus, Profit Sharing). * Vehicle provided for operational mobility.
