Our concept emphasizes the use of fresh, premium-quality ingredients, traditional Japanese gastronomic techniques, and a premium customer service approach. **We are seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in restaurants.** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the restaurant’s facilities, equipment, and furniture, guaranteeing operational continuity, safety, and optimal conditions for food production and customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, fryers, griddles, hoods, refrigerators, cold rooms, salamanders). * Diagnose, repair, and adjust minor and medium-voltage electrical faults (breaker replacement, outlets, lighting fixtures, basic wiring, motors). * Inspect and repair plumbing, sanitary, and drainage systems (pipes, seals, leaks, grease traps, blockages). * Adjust, repair, and maintain furniture (tables, chairs, hinges, locks, doors, hardware, countertops). * Clean, replace filters, and maintain kitchen exhaust systems and hoods. * Perform basic operational-level maintenance on refrigeration equipment (air conditioning units, cold rooms, commercial refrigerators). * Maintain and record preventive maintenance logs. * Identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions. * Coordinate and follow up with external vendors for specialized repairs. * Respond immediately to urgent operational incidents. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Electricity * Basic refrigeration (diagnosis and light charging) * Plumbing * Light metalworking and basic carpentry * Use of hand and power tools * Industrial kitchen equipment (stainless steel construction) * Reading blueprints and interpreting technical manuals **Competencies:** * Problem diagnosis and resolution * Organization and priority management * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Orderliness and cleanliness in the work area * Effective communication. **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in the restaurant industry or similar (hotels, industrial cafeterias, staff dining facilities). **Location:** Near the Metrobús "El Ángel" station **Interested candidates, please contact via WhatsApp:** 55\.23\.21\.22\.61 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Staff cafeteria service Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in restaurant maintenance?
