Location: Querétaro Industrial Park, Av. Industria de la Transformación 312, at the level of CEDIS OXXO. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * *Maintenance of burr removal systems, including bearing replacement, gearmotors, belt replacement, shafts, bearings, etc.* * *Maintenance of hydropneumatic systems for water supply to restrooms, service areas, kitchens, and production areas.* * *Application of paint to interior and exterior service areas, offices, and production areas.* * *Execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines; electrical work including lamp, contactor, and motor replacement; maintenance of dock levelers, access curtains, access booms, water reels, pipe replacement, hoses, etc.* * *Welding application; repair of burr removal carts, workbenches, and gauge carts.* * *Startup and shutdown routines for utilities: compressors, air conditioning units, electrical substations, exhaust fans, lighting, and operation of forklifts and aerial lifts for equipment repair maneuvers.* * *Execution of checklists to monitor utility consumption: water, electricity, gas, etc.* **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid knowledge of forklift or aerial lift operation, medium- and low-voltage electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and welding. * Knowledge of procedures for working at heights, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, and checklist execution. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, hydraulics, compressors, hydropneumatic systems, pumps, burr removal conveyors, air conditioning systems, and dock levelers. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * *Technical degree in Maintenance or TSU (Technological Superior University) in Industrial Maintenance.* * *Minimum one year of experience in maintenance of facilities/services.* * *Availability to rotate shifts.* **WE OFFER:** * *$19,594.00 gross monthly salary.* * *Weekly payroll.* * *Statutory benefits from your first day of employment.* * *100% social security coverage.* * *25% vacation bonus.* * *15 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo).* * *12 vacation days during the first year of employment.* Schedule: Shift rotation according to operational needs. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** Apply today and join a global company that values your talent.
