Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Assistant responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and warehouse infrastructure. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintenance Assistant **Position Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** \*Shift Schedule Availability\* We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Assistant responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and warehouse infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety regulations. We offer: * Base salary of 13K per month * KPI bonus of $2,000 * Monthly food vouchers worth $2,000 * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Social Security (SGMM) starting from the 3rd month Requirements: * Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Welding knowledge is desirable. * **Shift Schedule Availability\* Responsibilities: * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Inspection and lubrication of material handling equipment (forklifts, conveyor belts, electric pallet jacks). * Inspection of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Verification of fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and alarms. Corrective Maintenance * Repair of machinery and tools when malfunctions occur. * Replacement of damaged parts or components. * Timely response to reports of failures in infrastructure or equipment. * Inspection of roofs, floors, doors, ramps, and loading docks. * Maintenance of lighting and ventilation systems. * Supervision of security cameras and perimeter fencing. * Maintenance of electrical networks and wiring. * Verification of water, compressed air, or climate control systems. * Support in waste management and environmental control.
