We aim to build a solid, consistent, and sustainable company that generates not only profits but also pride for our family."* **Vacancy: Logistics Control Analyst** Location: Tultitlan World Pack II **What will you do?** Supervise and ensure the CEDI’s end-to-end operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping) Optimize logistics processes to improve cycle times, costs, and service levels Ensure accurate recording of operations in the system (ERP) Guarantee complete, on-time shipments with correct documentation Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement actions Coordinate team and resources to meet operational objectives Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and deviation control **Requirements** Education: Technical degree or completed/unfinished bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 2–3 years of experience in logistics or data analysis Knowledge of operational metrics (delivery times, incidents, routes) Basic proficiency in Excel and systems (ERP/TMS) Desirable knowledge of Oracle, GPS, and regulations (Carta Porte, NOMs) **What we offer** Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance bonus Food vouchers Social security from day one Job stability 30 days’ year-end bonus 12 vacation days 41% vacation premium 10% savings fund At Grupo WOW, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
