We are looking for a Human Resources / Human Capital specialist to join our team. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Capital, Human Capital Administration, Psychology, or related field. \- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources. **Job Objective:** Manage organizational talent aligned with internal policies and strategic objectives, driving employee attraction, retention, motivation, and development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the full recruitment and selection process, including IT profiles. * Identify training needs (DNC) and coordinate internal/external courses, workshops, and programs. * Administer psychometric assessments. * Manage payroll incidents and prepare preliminary payroll. * Conduct performance evaluations, NOM-035 compliance, etc. * Develop and update job descriptions. * Coordinate onboarding for new hires. * Ensure compliance with internal policies (vacations, leaves of absence, attendance). * Monitor hiring, talent attraction budget, and labor conditions. * Promote organizational values, best practices, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. * Support planning and execution of internal events (conventions, campaigns, and development sessions). **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of labor regulations: Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, NOM-035, and other applicable HR regulations. · **Required Knowledge:** · Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level) · Proficiency in diverse recruitment sources · Candidate sourcing and attraction · Administration and analysis of psychometric tests · Internal personnel administration · Hiring and separation processes · Development of organizational formats, policies, and procedures · Desired: Familiarity with Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations \-PERSONAL COMPETENCIES · ADAPTABILITY: Maintain effectiveness amid changing circumstances · CONTINUOUS LEARNING: Possess intellectual capacity to learn new concepts and tasks · CONFIDENCE: Inspire credibility through actions · ENERGY: Sustain consistent activity and productivity levels over extended periods · IMPACT: Maintain appropriate personal and professional image · INITIATIVE: Proactively pursue objectives · INTEGRITY: Uphold and promote organizational and societal ethical standards · TENACITY: Persist in action until objectives are achieved Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 MXN per month Experience: * Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
