




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and personnel incident management processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the recruitment and selection process of personnel 2. Participation in the onboarding of new hires 3. Management of personnel incidents for pre-payroll A company dedicated to selling party and promotional items is looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field (in progress or completed) \- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Human Resources. \- Basic Excel skills. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Posting job openings on job boards and social media \- Screening resumes \- Scheduling interviews with candidates \- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires \- Assisting with incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests) Entering incidents into the pre-payroll system **Offers:** \- $12,000 MXN net per month. \- Statutory benefits **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM **Location**: San Nicolás, Nuevo León Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
