**Human Capital and Skills Analyst – Leading Company in the Sector** A leading company in its sector is seeking a Human Capital and Skills Analyst to lead several strategic initiatives and ensure the proper functioning of processes related to internal administration, recruitment, onboarding, training, development, compensation, personnel movements, rewards, and employee benefits. **Requirements:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years, preferably within a manufacturing company. 3. Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 4. Demonstrated skills in leadership, planning, directing, and controlling processes. 5. Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities:** 1.
