Performance-based employee development ### **Human Capital Analyst** **Work Location: Magalena de Kino, Sonora.** **Objective:** Ensure HR processes within the company, serving as a business partner and advisor to our clients, attracting and retaining top talent in the right positions while maintaining a high level of harmony and well-being. Attract and retain talent by managing it according to fundamental human capital principles aligned with company policies and procedures, ensuring internal equity and developing personnel based on performance, complying with human development programs, and sustaining employee harmony, climate, and well-being. **Job Role:** Responsible for talent attraction, selection, and hiring; recruitment; training; social development; safety and hygiene; compensation; organization; talent development; labor relations; employee engagement; and well-being—delivered with quality, efficiency, and timeliness to maintain a harmonious work environment. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration (LAE), Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in Human Resources and labor relations. **Competencies:** * In-depth knowledge of recruitment and personnel selection. * Autonomy in time management and organizational skills. * General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Knowledge of regulations applicable to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * General knowledge of accident administration (Social Security Law). * Excellent interpersonal relationships with colleagues and leaders. * Knowledge and execution of all HR processes. * Team development. * Analysis of human capital data and KPIs. * Change-promoting mindset. **We Offer:** * Highly competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * 30-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * Development opportunities **Our recruitment processes incur no cost to candidates.**
