Opportunity for professional growth and development **Position: HR Analyst** Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Job Description:** We are currently looking for an **HR Analyst** with a strong focus on **Recruitment and Selection**, who can also provide comprehensive support across various Human Resources departmental processes. We seek an organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong talent identification skills and the ability to contribute to strengthening our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. * Resume screening and initial and competency-based interviews. * Administering and interpreting basic psychometric assessments. * Coordinating interviews with department heads. * Tracking the hiring process and preparing personnel files. * Onboarding new employees. * Supporting personnel administration (tracking incidents, vacation management, contracts, etc.). * Participating in workplace climate and organizational development activities. * Providing general administrative support to the HR department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and experience managing diverse recruitment channels. * Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and excellent communication abilities. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $12,000\.00\. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment.
