We are seeking a professional with experience in recruiting operational (mechanics, technicians) and commercial (sales advisors) profiles for our business units in the western region of the country. Compensation Structure: Income: Competitive Bonus: Attractive payment for each successful hire after the guarantee period. Bonuses: Additional incentives for achieving monthly targets. Responsibilities Posting and managing job openings across various platforms (Indeed, social media, local job boards). In-depth candidate screening based on specific job profiles. Scheduling interviews and tracking candidates through to hiring. Ensuring submission of basic documentation to the administrative department. Requirements High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete). Proven two-year experience in mass or technical recruitment. Familiarity with the labor market in the Guadalajara, Zapopan, and surrounding areas. Access to a computer and mobile phone. Ability to self-manage and maintain full focus on objectives. Process and Location Location: Remote (with availability for occasional travel to the Guadalajara metropolitan area if required by the process). Contract type: Fixed-term contract.
