




Supervise the operation of water treatment systems and Plant Engineering equipment necessary to provide support and services required by the plant, enabling the achievement and surpassing of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental objectives established across all company departments, always focused on improving these systems, equipment, and facilities. Develop plant improvement projects that guarantee the achievement of objectives. 1. Manage resources within the Plant Engineering department to provide the required supports, equipment, and facilities to meet company SPW domain objectives. Coordinate, supervise, and advise Facilities technicians in carrying out their activities. Promote, coordinate, standardize, and encourage Plant Engineering staff participation in the improvement process and implementation of the SPW system, SPW assurance, and work teams. Coordinate and promote Plant Engineering staff involvement in implementing various improvement systems, including SPW M, MQAS, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, and practical problem-solving. Develop diverse operational strategies enabling the department and plant to achieve cost reduction goals. Develop a Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plan for critical plant equipment such as Electrical Substations and Air Compressors, ensuring equipment operability and reducing downtime caused by the Plant Engineering Department. Analyze, develop, and issue plant investment projects involving Facilities and Engineering, including Cost-Benefit analyses to determine appropriate equipment for required plant improvements. Support the Procurement department in creating corporate technical comparison tables among different options to identify the best alternatives for purchased services. Research specifications, regulations, statistics, prices, and gather information from other departments required to justify investment projects. Determine equipment needs, evaluate, and ensure quality of suppliers and external services for the Engineering and Facilities areas. Contribute to investment projects. Analyze and develop special studies for Budget Base and Capital Plan. 13. Coordinate supplier-provided training for Plant Engineering personnel, ensuring proper training and full staff participation. 14. Monitor delivery of requested equipment and services, whether under normal plant requirements or project-based. 15. Promote direct employee training, aiming at the development and growth of supervised personnel. 16. Direct contact with national and foreign suppliers to obtain viable proposals for improvement projects. 17. Monitor and ensure services provided to the plant, whether internal or external. 18. Develop plant operational strategies ensuring compliance with all government regulatory, STPS, Safety, and Environmental requirements. 19. Act as promoter and Champion in the development and implementation of the Energy Savings System. 20. Monitor spare parts procurement by tracking requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and invoicing. 21. Ensure the MQAS system is established, documented, implemented, and maintained according to manufacturing quality and environmental assurance system requirements. **Minimum:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. Degree is mandatory. English 60% proficiency, spoken and written. 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and managerial-level experience in Plant Facilities areas (handling contingencies and decision-making). High level of leadership, effective communication, skilled in personnel management and conflict resolution. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Controls, Filtration Systems, Compressed Air Systems, Refrigeration Systems, Water Treatment, and Fire Protection Systems. Knowledge in energy management and energy reduction. **Preferred:** Knowledge of Energy Pillar in SAP System. Experience supervising personnel in Plant Facilities areas and decision-making. Master’s degree in Administration, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
