Problem resolution and customer satisfaction **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Norte Entity: Mexico Location Type: Tda Cdmx Esmeralda **Position Objective** --------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Establish cordial and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service level, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Implement quality standards set by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in the company's systems to enhance satisfaction.
