Digital Sales * Follow up with interested customers. * Address inquiries regarding products, sizes, colors, and availability. * Close sales through personalized service. * Promote offers and commercial strategies. Customer Service * Respond to messages on social media and marketplaces. * Provide post-sale follow-up. * Handle customer complaints or incidents. * Maintain fast response times. Control and Tracking * Verify stock levels and product availability. * Coordinate orders with warehouse or logistics. * Track shipments and deliveries. * Prepare basic sales reports. Marketing and Commercial Support * Propose strategies to increase sales. * Participate in digital campaigns and promotions. * Assist in creating commercial content. * Identify fashion trends and high-demand products.
