Preferred location of residence: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Edomex. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Shift, including weekend rotation if applicable) Compensation package offered: Monthly salary, statutory benefits + benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook). * Experience using customer service software. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree. * Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute. * Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Experience using a multi-line telephone system. * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Capacity to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time. * SAP knowledge. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
