We are looking for a **Communication Specialist**, passionate about communication and digital marketing, creative and strategically minded, who will contribute to positioning and strengthening our brand across diverse communication channels. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and communication planning. * Proficiency in tools: Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads/Analytics. * Knowledge of email marketing (mailing). * English (preferred). * Preference for motorcycle enthusiasts (for event collaboration). **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute digital communication and content marketing strategies. * Manage and optimize corporate social media accounts. * Measure, analyze, and report results (engagement, reach, leads). * Develop digital campaigns to generate potential customers. * Coordinate mailing and customer loyalty strategies. * Collaborate in events and brand activations. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent writing and spelling. * Creativity and innovation. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Professional appearance. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: $10,000 – $12,000, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Job stability and eligibility for an indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to professionally grow in digital marketing within an established company. * Interested candidates must submit their CV with photo via this channel.
