If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, **Send us your CV!** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Employment type: Full-time * Position: General Accountant * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:30 hrs * Benefits: Statutory benefits * Respect for our team’s quality time **WHAT DO YOU NEED?** **Basic Technical Knowledge:** * General accounting * Financial reporting * Monthly tax calculations for legal entities (Income Tax, VAT) * Annual tax return preparation for individuals and legal entities * Compliance with tax obligations * Essential payroll calculation * Calculation of IMSS, SAR, Infonavit, and Payroll Tax (mandatory) **Software Skills:** * Accounting system proficiency, preferably CONTPAQ * Payroll system proficiency, preferably CONTPAQ * SUA and IDSE system proficiency * SAT Informative Tax Return software proficiency * Excel knowledge * Outlook knowledge **QUALITIES OR COMPETENCIES?** * Service-oriented attitude and strong process adherence. * Organized and proactive. * Interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. * Results-driven. * Interest in accounting topics (especially payroll). * Punctuality. * Commitment to continuous development. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Review of accounting journal entries * Review of ledger balances and trial balance figures * Preparation of financial statements and analytical reports * Direct client contact * Periodic client meetings to explain tax and/or financial reports * Filing of annual tax returns for individuals and legal entities * Submission of electronic accounting records * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications * Review of payroll reports * Reconciliation of payroll systems * Review of payroll calculations and determination of social security contributions Please note that we are a firm with 22 years in the market, committed to building long-term relationships with our team.
