




**Vacancy: Digital Marketing Specialist / Paid Media – Only CDMX and State of Mexico** Position Objective: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies focused on paid campaigns and social media management, ensuring achievement of objectives related to reach, conversion, and engagement. Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of content on Instagram and Facebook. Analysis and reporting of campaign and social media results: CTR, CPC, conversions, reach, engagement, and other KPIs. Continuous campaign optimization based on data and performance. Support in improving content and digital advertising strategies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Design, or related field. Degree not required. Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or community management. Languages: Intermediate English (ability to read and understand tools, platforms, and reports). Mandatory: Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Knowledge of metric analysis and campaign optimization. Desirable: Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, or Performance Max).
