Excellent working environment SEPSA PREFABRICADOS, a leader in the manufacturing and marketing of precast concrete products, with over 65 years in the market and a 100% Mexican company, is seeking, for our Polotitlán plant in the State of Mexico: **LINE MANAGER (CIVIL ENGINEER)** **Requirements** * Civil Engineering degree or related field * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles (professional internships and social service are considered) * Proficiency in AUTOCAD * Knowledge of production processes and quality control * Knowledge of concrete and steel reinforcement fabrication * Willingness to travel * ***Must reside in Polotitlán or nearby areas.*** **Responsibilities** * Supervise and control production activities * Execute the production plan * Review shop drawings * Coordinate daily staff activities * Supervise casting mold preparation * Verify steel cutting and assembly **Skills** * Leadership and teamwork * Organization and follow-up * Working under pressure * Personnel supervision **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: $11,684\.23 * Monthly production bonus up to $15,000 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent working environment Salary: $11,600\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
