As a **Business Analyst**, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business units (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Programs) and the IT team, ensuring technology solutions deliver real value and align with institutional objectives. Key Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. * Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements for IT. * Act as liaison between key users and technology teams. * Prioritize requests based on impact, feasibility, and cost. * Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders. * Evaluate processes and propose improvements or automation. * Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT). * Develop documentation, manuals, and training materials. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems, IT, or related field. * **+5 years of experience** as a Business Analyst or in similar roles. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. * Proficiency with tools such as **Excel, Visio, Jira**, or similar. * Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, HRIS, or financial systems). * Certifications such as **CBAP, PMI-PBA** are desirable. * B2-level English proficiency is mandatory. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
