Key Responsibilities * Manage and qualify leads generated through digital channels (landing pages, WhatsApp, CRM). * Conduct commercial site tours, prepare quotations, and close sales for workspace solutions. * Actively participate in corporate events, networking activities, and client acquisition initiatives. * Promote complementary services: private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and amenities. * Handle lease renewals, expansions, and customer retention strategies. * Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead conversion rates and optimize campaigns. * Organize internal activities and events to strengthen community engagement within the spaces. * Maintain ongoing contact with active clients to ensure an exceptional experience. * Submit weekly reports on occupancy metrics and commercial performance. Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: MXN $20,000–$25,000 net per month. * Estimated monthly commissions: MXN $10,000–$15,000 based on closed deals. * Additional bonuses tied to occupancy targets.
