At Grupo BALAK, we are seeking a **Marketing / Design Intern**, with creative ideas, initiative, and enthusiasm to develop professionally within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Support the Marketing and Design team in creating visual content, developing corporate materials, and executing internal and external communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning. **Requirements** -------------- * Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. * Availability for part-time work or professional internships. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in design tools. * (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe, etc.) * Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing. * Creativity, initiative, and excellent attitude. * Strong spelling and writing skills. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support the design of content for social media and internal communications. * Create visual materials and corporate presentations. * Collaborate on marketing and branding campaigns. * Support image, video, and digital content editing. * Participate in creative proposals for campaigns and internal projects. * Monitor publications and content on digital platforms. * Assist with administrative tasks within the department. **Skills** --------------- * Creativity and innovation * Organization and attention to detail * Effective communication * Proactivity * Teamwork * Adaptability **We Offer** ------------- * Financial support: $5,000 net per month / Biweekly payment schedule. * Opportunity for growth and learning * Excellent work environment * Professional development within a growing company
