**Internal Auditor** We are seeking a qualified professional with solid experience in Operational and Financial Auditing. The ideal candidate must possess an exceptionally meticulous, analytical, and accurate profile, with a primary focus on thorough review of general ledgers and validation of operational efficiency in the field. **Location:** AV. NUEVA INDUSTRIAL VALLEJO **Work Mode:** On-site (with high availability to travel 20 days per month) **Position Type:** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, or in Business Administration with solid accounting knowledge (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year executing full processes of **Operational and Financial Auditing**. * **Travel Availability:** Full availability to travel nationwide **15 to 20 days per month** (travel expenses covered by the company). * **Critical Skills:** Extreme numerical accuracy, highly detail-oriented with information, assertiveness in identifying risks and discrepancies. **Key Responsibilities** * **Financial and Ledger Auditing:** Detailed review, analysis, and validation of General Ledgers, financial statements, and accounting accounts of the organization. * **Operational Auditing:** On-site evaluation of operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and identify areas for improvement or fraud risks. * **Accounting Review:** Reconciliation and validation of accounting records, cash flows, inventories, and assets. * **Audit Reports:** Preparation of detailed reports, opinions, and assertive recommendations for management. * Advanced proficiency in accounting and tax regulations (NIF / NIA). * Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) and advanced Excel (mandatory for data cross-referencing). * Ethical, discreet, highly organized, and detail-oriented personality. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base Salary:** $20,000\.00 MXN gross per month. * **Food Vouchers:** Additional 4% monthly ($800\.00 MXN). * **Attendance Bonus:** Additional 5% monthly ($1,000\.00 MXN, subject to attendance policies). * **Statutory Benefits from Day One:** Year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation time, vacation premium, and social security (IMSS / INFONAVIT). * **Travel Expenses:** Per diems and transportation fully covered by the company during business trips.
