Audit Support Analyst

**Job Description:** A leading company in the industry is seeking an Audit Support Analyst to ensure compliance with operational processes and regional standards across the Fulfillment Centers in Brazil and Mexico. The candidate will be responsible for audit validation, procedure monitoring, and report generation to support continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with defined processes across Fulfillment Centers in Brazil and Mexico. * Coordinate and adjust audit programs, checklists, and schedules jointly with the Audit Supervision team. * Track process compliance percentages across various locations. * Update schedules and escalate audit-related issues. * Report progress and generate audit documentation. * Visit operational sites to assess compliance with controls and processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in process auditing, continuous improvement, or management systems. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (Tableau is a plus). * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of process auditing in logistics or supply chain (desirable). * Communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels. * Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (desirable). **Benefits:** * Up to $35,000 gross monthly salary * $3,500 food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Professional growth within a dynamic, high-impact environment. * Opportunity to work with international teams.
