Maintain attorney\-client contact information and other relevant data in the Firm’s client contact database program. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for timekeepers. Enter, review, edit, and close time entries via the Firm’s web-based time entry system, adhering to Firm standards. Handle monthly client billing (paper and electronic invoicing). Coordinate travel arrangements through the internal Travel Department. Open new matters and generate client conflict checks. Prepare responses to annual and/or supplementary audit letters. Print and organize various documents received in different formats, including emails, email attachments, and documents of various types. Answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately; organize videoconferences and set up calls. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding all Firm and client information, records, and files, both inside and outside the Firm. Review travel expenses and enter invoices for reimbursement. Prepare forms and create new documents according to Firm practices.
