




Job Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant, Events, and Communications professional to support the CEO, with experience in social media, multimedia editing, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO 2. Social media management, photo and video editing 3. Event planning, organization, and coordination INTO BARRE IS SEEKING: ***Executive Assistant, Events, and Communications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field English: Intermediate level Proficiency in: * *Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate* * *Google Applications – Intermediate (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)* * *Photo and video editing software* Prior experience required in events, public relations, and especially social media management, as well as video and photo editing for social platforms. Required knowledge in: * Digital Marketing * Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Illustrator, and Canva. * Social Media Management * Multimedia Editing: Video production and post-production for digital platforms. * Responding: Social media coverage, customer service, and lead generation. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO in all activities both within and outside Into Barre, ensuring achievement of the CEO’s objectives and those of Into Barre and its respective Business Units.* * Perform photo and video editing.
