Position Objective Provide support in the comprehensive development of children aged 6 to 12 through educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities, promoting their learning, communication, and social skills within a safe and positive environment. PREFERRED TO LIVE IN AREAS NEAR FRACCIONAMIENTO MONTENEGRO Main Functions * Support in language therapy: collaborate with responsible professionals to reinforce articulation, comprehension, and oral expression exercises. * Planning and organization of programs: participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and weekly activities. * Coordination of activities: prepare materials, dynamics, and educational games that stimulate creativity, interaction, and cognitive development of children. * Supervision and accompaniment: maintain order and safety during activities and free time, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of participants. * Communication with parents and team: maintain constant communication with educational staff, therapists, and parents regarding progress, observations, and needs. * Basic administrative support: keep records of attendance, materials, and weekly activity reports. Position Profile * Academic background: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Desired experience: minimum of 1 year working with children in educational, recreational, or therapeutic support settings. * Personal competencies: * Service vocation and sensitivity in dealing with children. * Proactivity and ability to take initiative. * Ability to work in a team and coordinate groups. * Patience, empathy, and tact in handling individual situations. * Organization and responsibility in carrying out tasks.
