Position Summary:
We are seeking a Commercial Director Assistant to support commercial management, client prospecting, and event organization.

A leading company in Specialized and Healthcare Services is looking for:
**Commercial Director Assistant**
Requirements:
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field (**Recent graduates are welcome**)
* Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM \- 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM \- 2:00 PM (on-site)
* Basic to intermediate English (written, reading, and spoken)
* Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in customer service, calendar management, event and meeting organization, correspondence follow-up, database management, assisting the Commercial Director, calendar tracking, supporting client prospecting and acquisition via internet, social media, and LinkedIn.
* Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory
* Basic knowledge or familiarity with any CRM system and Google Workspace
* Excellent personal presentation
* Proficiency in Zoom and Google Meet
* Experience and strong skills in digital tools and social media, good client relationship abilities, and knowledge of client prospecting via internet and social media.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Commercial Director, manage and track her calendar.
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Commercial Director by handling administrative tasks.
* Organize events and meetings.
* Prospect new clients through internet searches, social media, and LinkedIn.
* Manage relationships and communication with clients, including onboarding them into the database.
* Send company information via email to potential clients.
* Maintain communication with internal and external clients.
* Control and track correspondence and messaging.
* Receive and review invoices, and follow up on their payment.
* Support the Human Resources department and perform general administrative tasks.
