Delivery coordination and document management **Administrative Coordinator (Commercial Area)** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles * Residency near the preferred area (Naucalpan) * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel **Knowledge and Skills:** * Organizational and filing skills * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of delivery planning * Federal and state procurement laws * Familiarity with government sector tendering, awarding, and exchange procedures * Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and government sector markets **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of contracts, surety bonds, amendment agreements, and legal documentation. * Provide administrative support to facilitate achievement of business objectives. * Collect prescriptions to determine delivery quantities. * Enter patient information and delivery quantities into the platform. * Schedule appointments with users and/or their family members via telephone according to the delivery plan. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics providers to ensure deliveries are executed per the scheduled plan. * Collect complete documentation for each delivery to submit as delivery reports to the Laboratory. * Submit interaction reports to the Laboratory. * Generate quotations and process payments and invoicing. **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Food vouchers (7%) * Savings fund (7%) * Career growth Interested candidates please attach your CV through this same channel.
