




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Promoter for the Housing Program to advise eligible beneficiaries, organize visits, and manage the formalization process for Infonavit housing acquisition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance and counseling to eligible beneficiaries for housing acquisition 2. Organization and accompaniment during visits to model homes 3. (Completed or incomplete) **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial areas, sales, negotiation, and customer service. * Experience in the mortgage or real estate sector is desirable. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales. * Intermediate Excel skills. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication. * Excellent customer or user service. * Problem-solving. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:** * Assist and counsel eligible beneficiaries interested in acquiring Infonavit housing. * Organize and accompany visits to model homes. * Conduct credit simulations and validate eligibility. * Prepare, manage, and compile documents related to the formalization of Infonavit housing acquisition. * Post-sale follow-up. **SALARY** * Monthly gross income of $16,000.00 plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your salary: * Transportation allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
