Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to receive, record, issue, and organize materials at construction sites, ensuring proper inventory control and safeguarding. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive material management in the construction site warehouse 2. Coordination of material receipts, issuances, and inventory organization 3. Reporting and control of materials and equipment Requirements: • Education: Secondary school / High school diploma • Years of experience: Minimum 1 year as a warehouse clerk (preferably on construction sites) • Experience: Basic knowledge of Excel Main Responsibilities: • Receiving materials (receipts) and recording them in the system • Issuing materials to construction site personnel (issuances) • Loading and unloading materials • Inspecting materials upon receipt to ensure good condition • Counting materials • Arranging and organizing the warehouse • Assembling material packages for housing furnishing • Safeguarding rented materials and equipment • Reporting existing and/or missing materials • Reporting damaged or maintenance-required equipment • Assisting in general warehouse-related activities Benefits: • IMSS • Infonavit • 12 vacation days • 15-day Christmas bonus • 25% vacation premium • Monthly gross salary: $15,000.00; weekly net pay: $3,500.00 • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 2 years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, warehouse, storehouse, bodega, almacen
