Responsible for promoting and selling calibration services to industrial, commercial, and technical customers, ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction through professional and specialized technical service. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new potential customers in sectors requiring calibration services. Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing customers by offering customized solutions and continuous follow-up. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts tailored to the customer's technical and budgetary requirements. Coordinate with the technical department to ensure proper execution of calibration services and compliance with quality standards. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to explain the value and benefits of calibration services. Achieve established sales objectives and periodically report results to management. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and acquire new customers. Stay updated on regulations, technologies, and trends in calibration. Requirements Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in calibration services, metrology, or related industries. Basic technical knowledge of instrument and measurement equipment calibration. Negotiation skills, effective communication, and customer orientation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. Willingness and ability to travel and visit customers on-site.
