Market research and preparation of unit price reports IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE RETAIL SECTOR REQUIRES UNIT PRICE RESIDENT ENGINEER JOB OBJECTIVE: Analyze, review, and develop work catalog items. Document items and analyze product quality. Ensure accurate quantification of items by interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards, in order to generate precise and reliable information for budgets, tenders, and construction control. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Internship or graduated status is acceptable. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cost Estimation and Bidding, preferably within the construction sector, performing the following responsibilities: * Development and quantification of items, as expressed in AutoCAD drawings * Review and quantification of drawings across various disciplines * Preparation of item and quantification catalogs * Quantification of construction quantities (volumes, areas, lengths) according to construction drawings * Support in bidding processes and construction control * Conduct market research to identify prices and sales conditions for goods, products, and services * Prepare reports on unit prices, purchase conditions, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability * Update supplier information and maintain contact to stay informed about price updates for goods, products, and services * Prepare requested bidding catalogs for assigned projects Software Proficiency: NeoData, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel Skills: Numerical aptitude, data and information analysis, attention to detail Competencies: Monitoring and control, results orientation, organization, teamwork Work Location: Lomas Verdes We Offer: Professional stability Net salary as stated in this posting Statutory benefits . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree years of experience Languages: English Age: between 27 and 32 years Knowledge: Analytical ability, Cost analysis, Tendering, Budgeting Persons with disabilities: Yes Keywords: analyst
