




Job Summary: A finance professional with experience in treasury, billing, and collections, focused on analyzing, controlling, and improving financial and administrative processes while leading teams. General Information; Position: Treasury Manager Department: Finance / Administration Reports to: Administrative Management / General Management Supervises: Billing Assistant and Collections Assistant Functions and Responsibilities; Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow. Schedule and execute payments to suppliers, payroll, and taxes. Prepare financial availability reports. Control bank accounts and perform reconciliations. Billing Supervise timely and accurate invoice issuance. Validate tax requirements (CFDI) in accordance with current regulations. Coordinate with operational departments to ensure complete billing. Monitor outstanding invoices and identify deviations. Collections Design and implement collection strategies. Track current and overdue receivables. Negotiate payment terms with customers. Reduce delinquency rates. Prepare aging reports for receivables. Control and Reporting Generate financial and collections reports for management. Establish performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., DSO, overdue receivables, etc.). Propose improvements in administrative and financial processes. Education; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 3–5 years in treasury, billing, and collections. Team management experience (desirable). Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Nomipaq, Contpaq, SAP, etc.).
