VACANCY: Training Coordinator At our leading company in the private security sector, we are looking for a committed, organized, and results-oriented Training Coordinator who ensures the proper execution and continuous improvement of our training processes. · Job Objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise training programs for operational and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with KPIs, regulations, and quality standards. · Responsibilities: Monitoring and achieving training KPIs (weekly and monthly). Preparation and control of DC-3 certificates in accordance with current regulations. Administration and analysis of staff performance evaluations. Identification and analysis of training risks and development of action plans. Ongoing supervision and monitoring of the training team. Generation of executive reports and KPIs for management. Ensuring compliance with mandatory training programs in the private security sector. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating training (preferably in private security). Knowledge of labor regulations and DC-3 forms. Proficiency in KPIs and reporting.
