




Job Summary: We are seeking a trainer to design, implement, and evaluate training programs in the field and in the office, ensuring the development of operational staff. Key Highlights: 1. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. Responsibilities: • Design and development of training materials. • Methodologies to identify training needs (TNA). • Implementation of training plans and programs. • Periodic evaluations of training effectiveness. • Follow-up on training and coaching programs for operational staff. • Field training. • Preparation of reports.
