At Mexo Company, we are looking for a Junior Digital Trafficker with analytical and strategic thinking to lead the advertising planning for our Commercial Cells in Cancún. Main Responsibilities: - Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. - Optimize daily targeting, budget allocation, and creatives. - Analyze conversion funnels (from click to contact). - Execute A/B tests to continuously improve results. - Coordinate with the sales team to enhance lead quality. - Generate performance reports (CPL, leads, conversions, ROI). Requirements: - Background in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads). - Proficiency in tools such as Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. - Experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, and lead generation. - Knowledge of tracking (pixels, events, API conversions). - Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and optimization (preferred). - Residency in Cancún (hybrid work model available later).
