




Job Summary: Ensure the provision of resources and documentation so that drivers can travel on time and as scheduled, managing trip planning and settlement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and scheduling of resources for drivers and units. 2. Management of documentation and travel expenses for drivers. 3. Diesel audit and preparation of settlement vouchers. Job Objective: Ensure the provision of necessary resources and correct documentation to drivers, enabling them to travel on time and as scheduled. Responsibilities: Plan and schedule resources (drivers, units, etc.) according to our customers' needs. Ensure that units and drivers have the necessary documentation for transit, cargo loading, and delivery. Manage drivers' expenses for trip execution. Prepare trip return documentation. Conduct diesel audits at the end of each trip, print the results, and notify drivers of the outcomes. Prepare trip settlement vouchers (diesel) and inform drivers of any discrepancies.
