Position Summary: Ensure excellent customer service and attention by performing fast, accurate, and efficient transactions at the counter and mobile cash unit. Key Highlights: 1. Branches: Chiconautla / La Joya Ecatepec · Position Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. · Main Responsibilities Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and without errors. * Conduct all operations honestly and in strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and kind service to encourage customer return and referrals. · Candidate Profile One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Enthusiasm for interacting with customers. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. · Value Proposition Starting salary: $1,740 weekly. * Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off; weekly rotating schedule; one weekend day off per month; life insurance increasing proportionally with income and seniority. * Position benefits: Job-specific training program and personal skill development.
