PROFILE: TECHNICAL SUPPORT Education – Technical degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering (incomplete or current student). Minimum 1 year of experience in data capture services and preventive/corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Valid Class A driver's license and ability to drive standard vehicles. 2 years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment and printers. KNOWLEDGE: Incident tracking and resolution. Providing technical support for corporate and remote computer equipment and software across various modules. Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services. Repairing computer equipment and peripherals. System and equipment setup and commissioning for various projects. LAN network installation. Electrical installations. End-user training. Remote or on-site support to end-users. Continuous improvement campaigns.
