(no prior experience in gas companies required) Position Objective: Ensure strategy implementation, monitoring, and achievement of commercial KPIs with assigned operational staff. Job Responsibilities: Set performance targets for assigned staff. Monitor, supervise, and ensure service level standards. Prospect and grow our customer portfolio. Recruit and train operational staff. Analyze route efficiency and generate area reports. Technical Requirements 1. Supervision of delivery routes and distribution personnel. 2. Strategies and actions to achieve commercial objectives. 3. Valid driver’s license. 4. Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills. 5. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role managing sales personnel, preferably field-based. We Offer Gross monthly salary of $12,000. Statutory benefits.
