




Position Summary: We are seeking a Specialized Pharmaceutical Executive to ensure the quality and safety of hospital compounding services while delivering warm, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages prescriptions, orders, and pharmaceutical inventory control. 2. Applies Mexican regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the compounding center. 3. Provides real-time support and information to key departments. We are a company with over 15 years of experience specializing in the Distribution, Commercialization, and Dispensing of Medications, as well as Project Development (primarily comprehensive health solutions). For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: Specialized Pharmaceutical Executive Position Objective: To monitor hospital orders, ensuring the quality and safety of compounded preparations while consistently maintaining warm, responsive service. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy (graduated or currently completing thesis with verifiable documentation). Experience: Minimum of 3 year(s) in compounding preparation. Knowledge: Properties, usage, and handling of medications. Mexican regulations applicable to the sector. Responsibilities: Prescription and Order Management: Receive, enter, and validate original medical prescriptions (verifying physician name, signature, and license number), ensuring alignment with internal systems. Clinical Support and Follow-up: Monitor hospital orders through final delivery; manage reconciliations with clients for atypical specifications; and provide on-site training. Inventory and Warehouse Control: Manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory records, and request necessary supplies or medications for sterile compounding. Systems and Information Management: Verify proper functionality of the PHARMACME system; enter, schedule, and validate chemical and clinical limits for indications. Communication and Reporting: Generate production reports and provide real-time information support to Planning, Production, Control Center, and Distribution departments. Document Control: Record activities in logbooks, document authorizations/cancellations, and securely archive purchase orders for monthly filing. Regulatory Compliance: Know and strictly apply the compounding center’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We Offer: Work Location: Col.
