Verification of validity periods, quantities, delivery windows, and cargo type, guaranteeing operational viability for each service. Follow up with Control Tower / BPO on adherence to established logistics timelines. Monitor special deliveries and scheduled appointments to ensure compliance. Manage appointments via customer portals, meeting all requirements and validity conditions. Send pre-shipment operational communications (minimum 24 hours prior), including order breakdowns and delivery appointments. Request transportation units according to each client’s specifications. Collect necessary documentation and information to support each service. Plan and generate daily shipments, registering trips in TMS (orders, quantities, loading/unloading appointments). Deliver corresponding documentation for loaded services at facilities (load documents, invoices, exit passes). Communicate customer requirements, needs, and extraordinary orders to the Operations team for proper execution. Desired Profile Experience in customer service within logistics, transportation, or distribution. TMS proficiency (desirable). Strong organizational skills and meticulous follow-up.
