Your Challenges: You turn event operations into a measurable, traceable, and optimizable system. You ensure consistency and efficiency in communication flows across multiple event types. You promptly identify deviations, bottlenecks, and operational risks. You transform data into actionable insights that impact business outcomes. You coordinate effectively with the Events Specialist and internal stakeholders. What Do We Need From You? You hold a professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. You have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in event or campaign operations and analysis, database and CRM management, information analysis for report generation, and campaign or communication flow coordination. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting is mandatory.
