(no prior experience in gas companies required) Job Objective: Ensure strategy execution, monitoring, and achievement of commercial KPIs with assigned operational staff. Job Responsibilities: Define performance targets for supervised staff. Monitor, supervise, and ensure service-level standards. Prospect and expand our customer portfolio. Recruit and train operational staff. Analyze route efficiency and generate area reports. Technical Requirements 1. Supervision of delivery routes and distribution personnel. 2. Strategies and actions to achieve commercial objectives. 3. Valid driver's license. 4. Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills. 5.
