Focus on technical quality and execution precision A premier luxury interior design firm specializing in exclusive residential projects requires: Millwork Project Manager (Architectural Millwork) | Advanced English Location: Lomas de Tecamachalco, State of Mexico Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 monthly Benefits: Statutory benefits ________________________________________ About the Company A specialized firm delivering high-end architectural millwork projects for premium commercial spaces in the United States—including offices, restaurants, and corporate buildings—distinguished by its commitment to technical excellence, execution precision, and international coordination. ________________________________________ Position Objective We seek a millwork-experienced Project Manager to lead comprehensive project coordination, ensuring accurate execution from drawings through final delivery, with continuous communication between U.S. clients and Mexican suppliers. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Manage architectural millwork (millwork) projects from inception to completion • Review, analyze, and validate technical drawings • Coordinate material specifications (wood, metals, finishes) • Manage direct client communication in English • Coordinate factories and suppliers in Mexico • Track approvals, changes, and project adjustments • Ensure compliance with quality, timelines, and specifications • Serve as the liaison among clients, factories, and supervision teams ________________________________________ Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager in millwork or architectural millwork • Strong technical knowledge of: o Materials (wood, metals, thicknesses, finishes) o Manufacturing and installation processes • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings • Experience coordinating projects with the U.S. (preferred) • Advanced English (mandatory) • Experience in commercial projects (offices, restaurants, buildings) ________________________________________ Mandatory Screening Criterion Verifiable millwork (architectural millwork) experience is mandatory.
