Main Responsibilities Support posting of job vacancies on various platforms and job boards. Initial candidate screening (review of resumes and profiles). Scheduling interviews and candidate follow-up. Supporting recruitment and selection processes. Updating and maintaining candidate databases. Tracking hiring processes. Administrative support for the Human Resources department. Preparing basic recruitment progress reports. Ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and job board guidelines. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Administration, or related field (intern or recent graduate). Experience: Not required (professional HR internship experience preferred). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
