Job Summary: A professional with experience in managing, designing, and improving production equipment and processes, seeking optimization and reduction of cycle times. Key Highlights: 1. Manages equipment introduction and development with suppliers. 2. Designs improvement tools and optimizes production processes. 3. Supports technicians in training, analysis, and problem solving. SCHEDULE Rotating shift: 2 weeks day shift 2 weeks night shift 3 days off Schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. BENEFITS Subsidized cafeteria service 23 days of year-end bonus Gasoline allowance Transportation service Attendance bonus: $500 monthly Grocery vouchers: $500 monthly Monthly productivity bonus: $1,500 Overtime paid in cash Excellence bonus: $2,000 WEEKLY PAYMENT MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the introduction of production equipment Track equipment or assembly line development with suppliers Design improvement tools for processes Conduct production line testing and deliver reports Develop action plans and follow-up for critical process issues Perform and/or collect process equipment capability data Assemble equipment and propose process validation plans Participate in PPMEA and control plans for new products Measure equipment performance to achieve optimization Reduce cycle times to optimize processes, material costs, and labor costs Support production technicians in training, analysis, and problem solving REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience: 3 years . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Age: between 20 and 55 years Knowledge: Problem solving, Industrial engineering, Plastic injection, Assembly, Industrial processes, Production, Suppliers, Tracking, Transportation, Process improvement Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
