Job Summary: Dicka Logistics is seeking an experienced Picking Team Leader with expertise in personnel management, handheld device operation, and inventory control to supervise picking operations and daily inventory activities. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in picking operations and personnel management. 2. Supervision of scanning processes and shipment fulfillment. 3. Conducting daily inventory counts and reconciling stock levels. Dicka Logistics is hiring: PICKING TEAM LEADER (Administrative / Operational Position) Requirements: Personnel Management Knowledge and use of Handheld Devices Inventory Management Knowledge Completed or incomplete high school education (Preparatoria). Responsibilities: Perform scanning tasks in the picking area, complying with each customer's shipment specifications. Work with pickers to ensure adherence to established procedures. Conduct daily inventory counts in the picking area, confirming daily that physical inventory matches system records at 100% accuracy. · Availability to work a 4x3 schedule of 12-hour shifts, rotating weekly with fixed Sunday rest days.
